I am sure most people already do this, but I have started to more often then not reflect on my life personally and professionally. I guess this occurs when unexpected actions happen or events unfold into sitautions you are not prepared for. Thus in the last few days with regard to most things in life I have come to the conclusion:

Actions speak louder then words. This is can be appiled in the negative or positive sense, and often times trumps any lip service people give.
